• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect therapeutic goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care, ensuring positive outcomes for patients.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client progress, treatment plans, and therapy sessions within our secure electronic health record system.
• Collaborate closely with a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, psychiatrists, and addiction specialists, to create a holistic treatment approach.
• Stay abreast of current research and advancements in social work and rehabilitation, contributing to team discussions and ongoing professional development.

Our detox center primarily serves clients struggling with substance use disorders, as well as co-occurring mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD. You will engage with a diverse clientele, ensuring culturally competent care that respects individual backgrounds and personal experiences, leading to lasting change and recovery.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) license in the state of Florida.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interactions with clients, families, and colleagues.
• A proven ability to problem-solve and address client concerns within a clinical framework.
• A team-oriented mindset with a passion for patient advocacy and collaborative care.

• Experience working in addiction recovery or mental health settings is highly valued.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records is an asset.
• Prior experience gathering and analyzing client data to enhance treatment strategies is preferred.
