Job description

On-Call Clinical Manager, RN Remote; Tucson, Arizona candidates only Schedule: 5pm to 8:30am coverage on assigned schedule About the role

At BAYADA, we believe families deserve dependable, compassionate support at all hours. The On-Call Clinical Manager, RN provides fully remote after-hours clinical support across assigned offices, helping ensure continuity of care when service offices are closed.

This role focuses on opening new cases, handling after-hours clinical calls, supporting service continuity, and providing clear handoff to office teams by the next business day. No routine home visits are required.

Responsibilities
  • Open new cases and enter required information into the system

  • Answer after-hours clinical calls from clients, families, caregivers, and office partners

  • Provide guidance for common clinical concerns and caregiver wellness questions

  • Triage call-outs and schedule disruptions to support continuity of care

  • Communicate with clients and families regarding service concerns or coverage changes

  • Partner with on-call managers upon case completion and send follow-up communication to the office team

  • Maintain timely documentation and complete next-morning handoff to the office team

Qualifications
  • Active RN license in Arizona required

  • Must live in Tucson, Arizona

  • Must be able to work the assigned overnight, weekend, and holiday on-call schedule

  • Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to remain calm under pressure

  • Able to work independently in a fully remote environment while protecting confidential information

Preferred background
  • Home care experience is welcome but not required

  • New graduate RNs are welcome
