• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, forging strong relationships based on trust and respect, while consistently adhering to professional ethics and maintaining clear boundaries.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress, ensure stability, and discuss upcoming appointments or necessary discharge planning.
• Design, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans, working closely with clients to align therapeutic goals with their individual needs.
• Maintain detailed records and progress notes for each client, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to establish client needs and formulate treatment approaches.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to ensure effective client engagement.
• Participate in regular supervision sessions to support professional development and enhance clinical skills.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, engaging with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic care for clients.

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in an outpatient mental health setting is needed.
• Proficient in the use of technology, including proficiency in spreadsheet applications, electronic records management, and communication software (e.g., Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY).
• Demonstrated experience in delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Strong capability to conduct and document thorough intake assessments accurately.

• Experience working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team within a community health setting.
• Familiarity with psychopharmacological treatment and a basic understanding of related clinical research.
• Prior experience in teletherapy or remote counseling is advantageous.

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
