The Transformative Psychotherapy Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team on a full-time remote basis. Work Environment

As a remote LCSW, you will work from the comfort of your own home, collaborating with a diverse group of professionals in the mental health field. Although predominantly remote, you will engage in regular virtual meetings and case consultations to enhance teamwork and ensure a high standard of care. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the social, emotional, and economic strengths and challenges faced by clients, leading to tailored treatment plans.
  • Provide therapeutic services through individual, group, and family counseling sessions aimed at encouraging healing and understanding.
  • Monitor and assess client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to align with evolving needs and goals.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other therapists, to ensure an integrated approach to client care.
  • Offer crisis intervention services during critical situations, applying evidence-based techniques to stabilize clients and ensure their safety.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Stay current with ongoing professional development and continuing education related to mental health practices and trends.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This position focuses on providing mental health services to clients from varied backgrounds who are experiencing issues related to substance abuse and mental health disorders. You will work closely with individuals navigating critical life transitions, such as relationship distress, grief, and adjustment to recovery from addiction. Your role is crucial in providing support and facilitating empowering conversations that foster personal growth and healing.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • A valid and current license to practice as a Clinical Social Worker in the state.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and collaborate with colleagues effectively.
  • Proficient in handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost integrity and professionalism.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while also contributing meaningfully as part of a team.
Preferred Experience
