Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand the mental health and substance use needs of clients, ensuring personalized care strategies.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on detailed assessments that are collaborative and informed by evidence-based practices.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy services to assist clients in overcoming personal and relational challenges, employing therapeutic modalities appropriate for their needs.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with established guidelines, contributing to the overall quality assurance processes of the clinic.
  • Engage with an interdisciplinary treatment team, partaking in case reviews and treatment planning sessions to enhance the delivery of services.
  • Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, ensuring clients receive immediate and effective support during critical situations.
  • Stay updated on current mental health trends, clinical practices, and legal considerations to provide the most effective care.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor in the state of Washington.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Proficient in working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment team to facilitate holistic client care.

Preferred Experience
  • Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient patient documentation and tracking.
  • Familiarity with telehealth software and practices to effectively engage clients remotely.
  • Background in crisis intervention or emergency mental health services is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits

Transformative Psychotherapy Center offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
