Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized counseling sessions via video conferencing, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to clients' needs, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
  • Design, implement, and continuously update comprehensive treatment plans that align with each clientโ€™s goals and desired outcomes.
  • Engage clients in developing personalized coping strategies, life skills, and resilience techniques to empower them in managing their mental health challenges.
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration with our team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and wellness coaches, to ensure holistic care and cohesive client outcomes.
  • Maintain compliant, accurate, and confidential records of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans in our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our counselors serve a wide variety of clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. We are dedicated to effectively addressing the unique needs of diverse populations, thus requiring counselors to be culturally competent and adaptable in their approaches.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Current and active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and availability of caseload.
