This remote position allows you to work within a supportive virtual environment, providing essential mental health services from your own home while ensuring flexibility in your work-life balance. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, nurses, and fellow social workers, with regular virtual meetings and collaborative efforts designed to foster a rich team dynamic and reinforce the quality of care provided to our clients.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to assess clients’ mental health concerns, identifying both strengths and challenges that inform treatment decisions.
• Deliver therapeutic services through individual, family, and group therapy sessions, using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy.
• Formulate detailed treatment plans that outline client goals, therapeutic interventions, and methods for tracking client progress.
• Engage in collaborative care with a multidisciplinary team, regularly contributing to treatment plan discussions that ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Provide crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments, and implementing safety planning tailored to the client’s specific circumstances.
• Actively advocate for clients, connecting them with vital community resources and offering robust case management support to help navigate complex challenges.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at increasing mental health awareness and addressing misconceptions about mental health treatment.

You will have the opportunity to work with a varied and often underserved population, engaging with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds dealing with a range of mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, and more complex psychosocial issues. • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Valid and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong knowledge of culturally competent practices and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to connect with clients empathetically and to articulate treatment concepts clearly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex emotional and logistical situations with clients.

• Previous experience in community mental health settings, hospice care, or similar environments enhancing holistic treatment approaches is highly valued.
• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and familiarity with case management systems is preferred.

The salary range for this role is competitive, between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you will receive a sign-on bonus as part of our commitment to attracting top talent.
