• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ social and emotional needs, developing personalized treatment plans based on individual circumstances.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records, ensuring compliance with confidentiality regulations and ethical standards.

This position focuses primarily on clients receiving hospice care, who often face heightened emotional distress due to terminal diagnoses. As an LCSW, you will be pivotal in helping these clients and their families process grief, anxiety, and other mental health issues, ensuring they receive compassionate support during their most vulnerable times.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of Georgia is mandatory to provide therapeutic services.

• At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health or social services role, with relevant experience in hospice or palliative care preferred.

• Proficiency in solution-oriented psychotherapy and trauma-informed care practices.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, relevant to addressing complex client needs.

• Prior experience working in hospice, home healthcare, or a similar environment.
