• Conduct thorough assessments of patients, utilizing established diagnostic tools like the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5) to create individualized care plans that reflect their unique needs and cultural backgrounds.

• Regularly evaluate patient progress, implementing interventions tailored to support their mental health needs, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous treatment records and documentation through our advanced clinical management system, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and department protocols.

• Collaborate with patients and their families to develop comprehensive treatment strategies that align with their goals and enhance their mental well-being.

• Coordinate referrals and serve as the link between patients and additional treatment providers, fostering strong collaborative relationships with external organizations and clinicians.

• Provide guidance and educational mentorship to students, interns, and volunteers, cultivating the next generation of mental health care professionals.

• Engage in peer-to-peer collaborations, chart reviews, and clinical supervision as directed by your clinical supervisor to elevate team performance and patient outcomes.

Our primary client focus encompasses individuals and families impacted by cancer, including their emotional and psychological struggles. You'll be instrumental in providing them with the tools and support they need to manage not just their diagnosis, but also the associated stressors and family dynamics. By employing evidence-based strategies, you will enhance their coping mechanisms and support their overall mental health journey.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical social work setting, ideally with a focus on outpatient therapy.

While not required, experience within school settings or working with pediatric populations would be advantageous, given the nature of our clientele. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic interventions applicable to individuals coping with chronic illness is also highly beneficial.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 yearly, commensurate with experience.
