Clarity Reached Counseling Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time remote position, offering a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 – 130,000 annually. • Design and facilitate educational and therapeutic group sessions that align with patients' expressed needs. You will document patient progress and feedback to enhance these sessions and inform treatment approaches.
• Participate in treatment-planning meetings, actively contributing insights regarding patient progress, discussing challenges and resistance faced in therapy, and updating treatment plans based on collaborative feedback.
• Identify and effectively navigate resistance and conflict among clients, families, and healthcare team members. Develop strategies to de-escalate situations, allowing clients to confront non-productive thought processes and coping mechanisms.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date patient records, documenting all assessments, treatment plans, interventions, and family involvement in accordance with social work standards.
• Utilize the latest DSM diagnostic criteria to evaluate disorders in children and adolescents, applying your knowledge of developmental milestones to assess and guide patients through their unique challenges.
• Employ principles of behavior modification, assertiveness training, and supportive therapy in your practice to best meet the needs of your clients.
• Gather relevant information through interviews, team consultations, and thorough chart reviews to formulate comprehensive assessments of each patient’s medical, social, and emotional circumstances.
• Develop and periodically revise personalized treatment plans that highlight the patient’s strengths, deficits, and psychosocial needs, considering cultural and spiritual values throughout the process.

In this role, you will work primarily with adult patients and their families, addressing a diverse range of mental health issues that require both clinical insight and empathy. You will have the opportunity to help clients navigate their emotional struggles, implement coping strategies, and develop a plan for sustainable mental wellness, ultimately contributing to positive patient outcomes and long-lasting change.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline is required.
• Must hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of establishing trusting relationships with clients and collaborating with colleagues.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage documentation and caseload efficiently while ensuring timely submission of all required paperwork.
• Must be BLS and CPR certified to ensure the safety and well-being of clients during sessions.

• Prior experience working in a community health clinic or similar environment is preferred.
• Experience conducting group therapy sessions is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with cultural competency and practices that promote inclusivity in therapeutic settings.
