This full-time, remote position is vital in providing comprehensive psychotherapy and mental health services to individuals facing various mental health challenges within a detox center setting. This position allows for flexibility with a remote working arrangement. However, LCSWs will be closely integrated with a multidisciplinary team at the detox center, collaborating virtually to ensure patients receive high-quality care. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, supporting a balanced work-life dynamic while focusing on patient care.

• Conduct in-depth assessments of patients' mental health status, evaluating their emotional and social needs to inform a personalized treatment plan.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions, including individual and group psychotherapy, targeting conditions such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
• Create, implement, and frequently update evidence-based treatment plans that address the unique backgrounds and circumstances of each patient.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, registered nurses, and other healthcare providers to align on treatment trajectories and ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed based on consultation and feedback from both patients and professionals.
• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, therapeutic options available, and relevant community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions.
• Uphold ethical and professional standards within practice, ensuring confidentiality and obtaining informed consent from all patients.

The primary focus of this role is to assist patients grappling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. These patients often face complex emotional and behavioral challenges, requiring LCSWs to develop targeted therapeutic strategies that address both their mental health and substance use needs. You will engage with a diverse demographic, adapting your approach to resonate with individuals from varied cultural, socioeconomic, and personal backgrounds.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is essential.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona.
• A minimum of two years of experience providing psychotherapy and mental health services to individuals with behavioral health conditions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build trusting relationships with patients and collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to formulate evidence-based treatment plans.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and comprehensive healthcare software for patient management and coordination.

• Previous experience working in a detox center or a similar mental health facility.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles and practices.
• Experience in crisis intervention and stabilization techniques.
