Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices, leading to the formulation of personalized treatment plans that directly address the specific needs of each client.
  • Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to guide clients towards improved mental health and resilience.

  • Work closely within a multidisciplinary treatment team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide holistic and well-rounded care.

  • Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options, equipping them with knowledge to effectively manage their challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A masterโ€™s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • A current and valid license to practice in the state as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or similar relevant credential.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and therapies tailored to individual client needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain therapeutic relationships effectively.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities to address complex client situations positively.

Preferred Experience
