• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health challenges and formulate appropriate treatment strategies.
• Develop individualized therapy programs that align with the specific goals and needs of each client, focusing on marriage and family dynamics.
• Facilitate both evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing methodologies that empower clients through skills training and emotional support.
• Collaborate with a team of mental health professionals including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure integrated and effective care for clients.
• Provide psychoeducation to families, helping them understand the therapeutic process and their role in the recovery journey.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential client records in accordance with applicable regulations and ethical guidelines.

As an LMFT at Apollo Psychotherapy Services, you will work closely with a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and trauma. • Must possess a valid and current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Must demonstrate empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to client care, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
