What is a remote RN with a $20K sign bonus?

A Remote RN (Registered Nurse) with a $20K sign-on bonus is a registered nurse position that allows you to work from home or another remote location, typically providing telehealth, case management, or care coordination services. The $20,000 sign-on bonus is an incentive offered by employers to attract qualified candidates, usually paid out over a period of time after accepting the job and meeting specific requirements. This role enables nurses to use their clinical skills while enjoying the flexibility of remote work, often requiring a valid RN license and experience in the relevant field.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a remote RN, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Remote RN, you need an active RN license, clinical experience, and strong assessment skills, typically supported by a nursing degree. Familiarity with telehealth platforms, electronic health records (EHRs), and secure communication tools is essential for virtual patient care. Excellent communication, self-motivation, and adaptability are critical soft skills for engaging patients remotely and collaborating with healthcare teams. These skills enable effective virtual care delivery, ensure patient safety, and support seamless coordination in a remote healthcare environment.

What are some common challenges faced by remote RNs, and how can they overcome them?

Remote Registered Nurses (RNs) often face challenges such as limited face-to-face interaction with patients and colleagues, which can make communication and care coordination more complex. To overcome these challenges, strong digital communication skills and familiarity with telehealth platforms are essential. Building rapport with patients virtually and staying proactive in team communications can help maintain high-quality care. Additionally, setting clear boundaries for work-life balance is important, as working from home can blur these lines.

Job description

Whiterose Threads, Inc.
Location:
Remote / Field-Based
Territory: United States
Position Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
Compensation: Commission-Based

About Whiterose

Whiterose Threads is a medical device company that sells products to physicians, registered nurses (RNs), nurse practitioners (NPs), aesthetic injectors, medical spas, aesthetic clinics, and other qualified healthcare and aesthetic professionals.
We are looking for experienced and motivated sales professionals who understand the medical aesthetics industry and can build genuine, long-term relationships with aesthetic providers and practices.
This is an independent, commission-based sales opportunity for someone who is comfortable developing their own territory, building a customer base, and growing long-term business within the aesthetics industry.

What You’ll Be Selling
As a Whiterose Independent Sales Representative, you will represent and sell Whiterose medical device products to qualified healthcare and aesthetic professionals.

Our current product portfolio includes:
  • PDO Threads — Medical aesthetic thread products used by qualified providers for aesthetic procedures.
  • Micro Cannulas — Medical device products designed for use in aesthetic injectable procedures.
  • Skin Boosters — Medical aesthetic products used by qualified providers as part of skin-enhancement and aesthetic treatment protocols.
You will be responsible for introducing these products to physicians, RNs, NPs, aesthetic injectors, medical spas, aesthetic clinics, and other qualified healthcare and aesthetic professionals.
Candidates who have experience using, selling, recommending, or educating providers about products such as PDO Threads, micro cannulas, skin boosters, dermal fillers, PRP, or other aesthetic products are especially encouraged to apply.

You do not need to be an expert in every Whiterose product before joining. However, you should be comfortable learning medical device products and communicating professionally and confidently with healthcare and aesthetic providers.

The Opportunity
As an Independent Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new wholesale customer relationships for Whiterose products.
The ideal candidate is someone who understands the aesthetics industry from a clinical, provider, or business perspective and can have knowledgeable conversations with physicians, RNs, NPs, aesthetic injectors, practice owners, and other aesthetic professionals.
You do not need to be a traditional salesperson to succeed in this role.
We are especially interested in candidates with experience in:
  • Medical aesthetics
  • Aesthetic injectables
  • Aesthetic nursing or clinical practice
  • Medical spa operations
  • Aesthetic product sales
  • Pharmaceutical or medical device sales
  • Aesthetic practice management
  • Provider education and training
What You’ll Do
  • Identify and develop new aesthetic practices, medical spas, clinics, and qualified healthcare-provider customers
  • Build and manage your own network of aesthetic providers and practices
  • Introduce and educate customers on Whiterose products
  • Develop long-term relationships with physicians, RNs, NPs, injectors, practice owners, and other aesthetic professionals
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate Whiterose products
  • Follow up with prospective and existing customers and develop repeat business
  • Attend aesthetic industry events, training programs, and other networking opportunities when available
  • Help introduce Whiterose products to providers who are actively evaluating new products for their practices

Why This Opportunity Is Different

One of the unique opportunities available to Whiterose Sales Representatives is the ability to participate in selected aesthetic training programs and industry events as a Whiterose representative.
For events selected and approved by Whiterose where the company participates as a vendor, Whiterose covers the applicable vendor or event participation fee for the Sales Representative. This allows you to attend the event, represent Whiterose, meet aesthetic providers, and introduce Whiterose products to potential customers and industry professionals.
Whiterose has vendor relationships with certain PDO training programs where Whiterose PDO Threads may be used during training sessions. These programs can provide valuable opportunities to connect directly with providers who are actively learning new techniques and evaluating products for their practices.
(While Whiterose covers the applicable event or vendor participation fee for selected and approved events, all travel-related expenses, including airfare, transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, and other personal expenses, are the responsibility of the Sales Representative)

Training and event opportunities may be available in multiple U.S. markets, including MI, FL, TX, CA, NC, NY, NV, GA, TN, PA, CO, IL, AZ, MA and other locations, depending on upcoming programs and Whiterose's participation.

Compensation
This is a commission-based independent contractor position.
Commission is based on Net Collected Sales from customers personally developed and managed by the Sales Representative.

Current commission structure:
  • $0–$19,999.99 in monthly Net Collected Sales: 15% commission
  • $20,000–$39,999.99 in monthly Net Collected Sales: 17% commission
  • $40,000+ in monthly Net Collected Sales: 20% commission
Once a monthly sales threshold is reached, the applicable commission rate applies to the entire Net Collected Sales amount for that calendar month, subject to the terms of the Independent Contractor Sales Representative Agreement.
There is no fixed salary for this position. Your earning potential is directly tied to the sales you develop.
Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience in the medical aesthetics industry
  • A strong understanding of aesthetic treatments, products, and providers
  • Demonstrated sales ability or a strong history of revenue generation
  • Existing relationships with physicians, RNs, NPs, injectors, medical spas, clinics, or aesthetic practices
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • The ability to educate customers and communicate product value in a knowledgeable, professional manner
  • Strong follow-up and customer relationship management skills
  • A self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
  • The ability to work independently and develop a territory without day-to-day supervision
  • Comfort speaking with healthcare professionals and practice owners
