Common tasks include analyzing data, developing risk management strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Remote Risk professionals often use digital tools and platforms to communicate and collaborate with their teams. This flexibility allows companies to access a broader talent pool and enables employees to work from anywhere.

Job description

Rula Health is seeking a Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide high-quality, evidence-based mental health care to clients across diverse backgrounds through a fully virtual care model. As part of the Healthcare & Medical Services department within the Healthcare & Medical industry, you will leverage secure telehealth platforms and robust digital tools to deliver accessible, patient-centered psychotherapy and care coordination from anywhere in the United States where you are licensed.
In this role, you will conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, formulate diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans for adults and adolescents presenting with a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and co-occurring challenges. You will provide ongoing psychotherapy via video sessions, using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed approaches, while carefully monitoring progress and adjusting interventions over time. You will document all care in an electronic health record (EHR) in a thorough, timely, and compliant manner, adhering to HIPAA and all relevant legal and ethical standards.
You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team that may include primary care providers, psychiatrists, and other behavioral health professionals to ensure coordinated, whole-person care. A key aspect of your work will involve identifying risk factors such as suicidality, self-harm, and abuse, and responding through established crisis intervention and escalation protocols to maintain client safety. You will also support clients and families by connecting them with appropriate community resources, educating them on coping strategies, and supporting long-term recovery and wellness planning.
Rula Health is part of Rula Technologies, an organization that specializes in innovative technology solutions designed to improve digital interfaces and user experiences. You will benefit from purpose-built, cutting-edge telehealth tools that streamline documentation, scheduling, and communication, allowing you to focus more fully on direct clinical care. Within this dynamic and inclusive culture, you will be encouraged to bring your ideas forward, collaborate with cross-functional colleagues, and contribute to ongoing enhancements in our digital care platform.
We are looking for an LCSW who is comfortable working independently in a remote environment while actively engaging with a virtual clinical community. You should be committed to culturally responsive, trauma-informed practice; skilled in managing a structured, telehealth-based caseload; and motivated by delivering measurable outcomes for clients. Rula Health offers a full-time schedule with flexible hours, competitive compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k). You will have opportunities for ongoing professional development, peer consultation, and exposure to innovative care delivery models that integrate technology and clinical best practices. If you are a licensed clinical social worker who thrives in a collaborative, tech-forward environment and wants to expand access to high-quality mental health care, we invite you to apply to join our remote clinical team at Rula Health.
