Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to create your own schedule within core business hours, Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm. You will be part of an outpatient office, utilizing advanced telehealth platforms that facilitate real-time video sessions and self-guided video lessons for clients. Our integrated electronic medical record (EMR) system will aid you in maintaining documented evidence of treatment while ensuring efficient communication with fellow staff members.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will:

  • Provide individualized, evidence-based care through weekly live video sessions tailored to address the unique needs of clients.
  • Collaborate closely with other psychiatric providers to ensure comprehensive treatment plans, adjusting as necessary based on client feedback and progress.
  • Utilize symptom self-assessments and goal progress measurements to monitor client improvement and adapt therapeutic approaches accordingly.
  • Engage in weekly clinical drop-in consultations with leadership to enhance your practice and seek support as needed.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and suicidal ideation. Our approach emphasizes inclusivity, welcoming all patients regardless of their background or mental health status. Qualifications

  • Independent licensure as a Therapist, Counselor, or Psychologist for a minimum of 1 year, with at least 2 years of professional experience preferred.
