Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, LMFT | Remote Florida Therapist Job

Job Summary

This full-time remote LMFT role is designed for a therapist who wants steady clinical work, a clear schedule, and the ability to serve Florida clients from a virtual setting. You will provide therapy for people facing relationship problems, family challenges, stress, grief, emotional burnout, parenting concerns, and behavioral health symptoms that interfere with daily life.

The right clinician for this role is comfortable holding structured sessions, documenting care properly, and helping clients work toward goals that feel realistic and useful. You will bring your training in marriage and family therapy into a telehealth setting where clients can access care from the privacy of their own homes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide online therapy sessions for clients across Florida
  • Work with individuals, couples, and family members on relationship and mental health concerns
  • Assess presenting problems and determine the best direction for treatment
  • Create care plans that reflect the client’s needs, strengths, and goals
  • Support clients as they work through conflict, communication issues, emotional distress, or family changes
  • Keep clinical records clear, complete, and updated after sessions
  • Use secure systems for virtual appointments and documentation
