Arrowhead Family and Marriage Consulting LLC is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors (LCPCs) for full-time and part-time remote positions. This position is fully remote, utilizing telehealth technology to connect with patients. • Conduct comprehensive patient intakes focusing on diagnostic and functional evaluations to inform treatment plans.
• Provide brief, focused interventions tailored to the individual needs of patients seeking mental health support.
• Collaborate with primary care providers, recommending referrals to specialized mental health services when necessary.
• Engage in follow-up with patients to assess their progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual responses.
• Develop relapse prevention plans and monitor any at-risk patients, ensuring proactive management of their mental health.
• Document patient progress meticulously in treatment charts, maintaining clarity and compliance with Agency and Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) guidelines.
• Educate patients on self-management strategies and provide resources for coping with treatment challenges, such as medication side effects.
• Consult with clinic management and other team members on behavioral health services and program evaluation strategies.
• Uphold the Code of Ethical Conduct for Clinical Professionals in all interactions.

• A minimum of a Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling or a related field.
• A current and valid Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) license to practice in Illinois.
• Thorough understanding of mental health assessment techniques and treatment planning.
• Knowledge of developmental psychopathology, family therapy systems, and DSM-IV diagnostic criteria.
• Ability to effectively evaluate the needs of individual patients and devise appropriate care services.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable, enabling effective communication with a broader range of clients.
• Experience in a telehealth setting is a plus, though not required.
• Familiarity with community resources and social services that can aid patient care.
• Proven ability to build effective relationships with patients and interdisciplinary teams.

We offer a competitive salary range of $87,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include a sign-on bonus, telehealth setup stipend, professional development opportunities, and support for ongoing training and certifications.
