We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales & Operations Support team. Reporting directly to the Team Lead, Sales & Operations Support, this role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, identifying sales opportunities, and promoting GardaWorld's products and services to prospective and existing customers. Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities

Respond professionally to inbound customer inquiries through telephone and other communication channels.
Promote and sell GardaWorld products and services while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through a professional, consultative approach.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and service solutions.
Accurately enter and maintain customer information and sales records within company systems.
Develop a thorough understanding of GardaWorld's products, services, and sales processes.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Resolve customer concerns using strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.

Inside Sales Representative Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
