• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of students to identify their psychosocial needs.
• Develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor and report on student progress, utilizing data to adapt services as necessary.
• Provide family support services, helping develop strategies for improving home life and school performance.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations related to mental health services.
• Engage in ongoing communication with school personnel, students, and families to foster a collaborative care approach.
• Administer standardized assessments to evaluate mental health status and treatment outcomes.
• Establish a trusting rapport with students, families, and colleagues to cultivate a supportive and productive environment.

The primary focus of this role is on students within school settings who may be facing emotional, behavioral, or social challenges. You will support a diverse clientele, including children from various backgrounds and with differing needs. Your expertise will be vital in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, academic stress, and family dynamics.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.
• Expertise in mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment, particularly in relation to children and adolescents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with various stakeholders.
• Superior organizational skills and the ability to manage caseloads efficiently.
• Experience with crisis management, risk assessment, and strategic intervention planning.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working with school-aged children and their families is preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a valuable asset that enhances service delivery.

• Annual salary between USD 80,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
