We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team at Care Core Psychological Center. Work Environment

As a fully remote position, you will work from home while engaging with students and families primarily in school settings. This flexibility allows for a balanced work-life structure while continuing to focus on delivering impactful therapeutic services. You will collaborate with educators and school staff as part of an integrated approach to student mental health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate studentsโ€™ mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.
  • Deliver individual therapy sessions, family therapy, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.
  • Create individualized treatment plans that set clear goals and tailored interventions to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, educators, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated treatment for clients.
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention and risk assessments, as well as safety planning when necessary to safeguard at-risk students.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Develop and facilitate psychoeducational workshops, support groups, and group therapy sessions aimed at fostering a supportive environment for students.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on students facing diverse mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related issues, and other behavioral health concerns. By establishing meaningful therapeutic relationships, you will empower students to develop resilience and coping strategies, thereby enhancing their overall well-being and academic performance.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, particularly working with children and adolescents.
