This role is entirely remote, offering flexibility and adaptability to the clinician’s schedule while allowing for optimal support to clients in the community. • Conduct direct clinical services both in-office and within the community, focusing on clients with severe emotional disorders and major mental illnesses.
• Develop, implement, and monitor integrated care plans, ensuring clients have access to the necessary services and follow-up care.
• Utilize evidence-based practices for assessments and treatment, including arranging detailed evaluations when necessary.
• Ensure effective case management by maintaining detailed records of client sessions and treatment outcomes while adhering to ethical guidelines.
• Actively collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and explore innovative solutions for service delivery.
• Participate in community outreach efforts to enhance the understanding of mental health issues and promote access to services.
• Provide crisis intervention and support services, ensuring timely and effective response in high-risk situations.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of agency policies that enhance service delivery.

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will primarily serve individuals within the El Paso community who are facing challenges related to severe emotional disorders and major mental illnesses. Our clientele includes a diverse array of cultures, traditions, and backgrounds, reflecting a rich tapestry of experiences and perspectives. Understanding and respecting these differences is vital for providing effective care. This role will cater to clients who may feel marginalized, requiring not only clinical intervention but also advocacy and support navigation within the healthcare system.

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Current and active LCSW licensure in the State of Texas.
• A minimum of 2 years direct experience in clinical social work, preferably in community health settings.
• Expertise in assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and risk management related to mental health.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective client engagement and teamwork.

• Experience in crisis intervention, case management, and holistic treatment approaches.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and related documentation systems.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
