• Provide personalized clinical assessments, diagnosing clients with mental health disorders, and developing tailored treatment plans to address their unique needs.
• Engage in one-on-one and group therapy sessions, facilitating therapeutic interventions that empower clients and promote their emotional and mental well-being.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, case managers, and healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive care is provided to all clients.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify clients at potential risk of harm, implementing crisis intervention strategies when necessary.
• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes meticulously in compliance with organizational standards and state regulations.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and team meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and develop best practices for enhancing service delivery.

The clientele at Solomon Counseling Center consists of individuals experiencing significant emotional distress and mental health challenges. As a Clinical Social Worker, you will work with a diverse group of clients, many of whom come from marginalized backgrounds, highlighting the importance of cultural competence and empathy in your practice. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Current LCSW licensure in the state of Texas.
• Proven expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment modalities relevant to mental health populations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information to clients and teammates.
• Demonstrated organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience is preferred, particularly in a community health or outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems is advantageous to streamline documentation and care coordination.
• Experience in crisis intervention and risk assessment is highly desirable.
