Remote LPC Therapist | Connecticut Telehealth Role with $115K–$120K Salary

Job Summary

Work with Connecticut clients from a fully remote setting while providing steady, meaningful mental health support through secure telehealth sessions. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will help clients work through anxiety, depression, stress, life changes, relationship concerns, and other emotional health needs.

This role is built for an LPC who enjoys focused clinical work, clear structure, and the ability to support clients without the commute. You will lead virtual therapy sessions, complete assessments, create treatment plans, and document care in a professional online system.

Location: Connecticut
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Provide remote individual counseling to clients located in Connecticut
  • Complete intake assessments and identify each client’s primary needs
  • Create treatment plans that are practical, measurable, and clinically appropriate
  • Support clients as they build coping skills, manage symptoms, and work toward personal goals
  • Keep session notes, treatment updates, and progress records accurate and timely
