• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' social, emotional, and environmental challenges, forming the foundation for effective service delivery.
• Develop personalized service plans that outline clear goals, intervention strategies, and methods for monitoring progress, ensuring that each client’s unique situation is addressed.
• Provide individual and family counseling tailored to the specific challenges faced by clients, focusing on relationship dynamics, coping strategies, and life transitions.
• Collaborate with clients actively to connect them with valuable community resources, linking them to housing, legal assistance, mental health services, and more.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies and conduct risk assessments to ensure client safety, including developing safety plans when necessary.
• Engage in partnerships with community organizations to coordinate services, advocate for clients, and enhance resource sharing.
• Participate in outreach activities to educate the community about available services and foster connections with potential clients.
• Contribute to team efforts through participation in case conferences, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development trainings.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required to ensure a strong foundation in social work principles and methodologies.
