Work Environment

In this full-time remote position, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on enhancing community mental health outcomes. Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with care teams, ensuring all aspects of a patient's well-being are addressed.
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual diagnoses, incorporating evidence-based practices and guidelines.
  • Provide ongoing therapy and supportive counseling, helping clients navigate their mental health challenges.
  • Conduct thorough mental health evaluations, including risk assessments for suicide and evaluations of substance use history, ensuring accurate documentation and clinical precision.
  • Offer crisis intervention services during scheduled work hours, promptly responding to clients in immediate need.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals to accurately diagnose and manage complex psychiatric conditions.
  • Document and monitor client care, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and regulatory requirements, while providing timely updates to care plans.
  • Participate proactively in case consultations, contributing insights to enhance client outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary client base will consist of mothers and other individuals from underrepresented communities who navigate unique challenges related to mental health. You will work to impact their lives positively by providing tailored interventions that address both psychological needs and the socioeconomic factors influencing their health.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (e.g., MSW, MFT, PsyD) from an accredited institution.
  • A valid independent license in the state of Oregon, including LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently, coordinating with multidisciplinary providers.
  • Strong proficiency in electronic medical records and technology, ensuring effective communication and documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, promoting clarity in electronic correspondence.
Preferred Experience
  • Demonstrated experience in mental health assessments, with an emphasis on community outreach and substance abuse interventions.

Compensation and Benefits
