JOB SUMMARY:

Our dynamic Ethos Sales Team is looking for a full-time entry-level Business Development Representative (REMOTE) to serve as the first point of contact in our sales process. In this role, you will engage with prospective clients through outbound calls, emails, and inbound inquiries, generating interest, qualifying leads, and setting meetings for our Account Managers. Our ideal candidate is a driven and confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.


No prior sales experience? No problem. We are looking for driven individuals with the right mindset-coachability, persistence, and strong communication skills. This position offers a structured training program, rapid career advancement, and unlimited earning potential, providing a clear path to transition into an Account Manager role.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prospect & Engage: Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and social channels to generate new business opportunities.
  • Qualify Leads: Identify decision-makers, understand client needs, and assess potential fit.
  • Set Meetings: Schedule discovery calls between qualified prospects and our Account Managers.
  • Follow Up & Nurture: Keep conversations going with potential clients to build relationships and move deals forward.
  • CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts, interactions, and pipeline progress in Salesforce.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field (preferred). Recent and upcoming graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience: Previous business development experience (plus).
