• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that include specific goals and recommended interventions, tailored to each client's unique situation.
• Collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure that clients receive coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Provide crisis intervention and conduct safety planning as necessary during critical moments of distress for clients.
• Engage clients in group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enhance their overall therapeutic experience.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation encompassing assessment notes, treatment progress, and compliance with relevant ethical and legal standards.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. Your work will involve helping clients navigate issues such as relationship conflicts, personal trauma, and life transitions, as well as supporting their emotional well-being by providing tools for resilience and coping strategies that empower them to thrive.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Demonstrated proficiency in various evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating effectively with colleagues.

• At least two years of experience working in a mental health or outpatient setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with crisis intervention techniques and risk assessment protocols is advantageous.
• Experience in leading groups or conducting workshops on mental health topics will be a significant plus.
