• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather detailed information regarding clients' mental health, strengths, and available resources.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and goals of clients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a coordinated approach to client care, including regular communication with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers.
• Offer crisis intervention services, perform risk assessments, and develop safety plans as necessary to safeguard clients during critical situations.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enhance community engagement and collective healing.

The salary for this role ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, and includes a competitive sign-on bonus.
