In this remote position, you will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care for clients. You will have the flexibility to manage your schedule while maintaining a structured environment that facilitates communication and support among colleagues. Our clinic employs secure telehealth platforms to maintain high standards of confidentiality and client engagement.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify emotional and behavioral challenges, tailoring treatment plans accordingly.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies and perform risk assessments for clients in acute distress.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop a holistic approach to client care, ensuring that all aspects of their treatment are aligned.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families about coping strategies and available mental health resources to foster independence and resilience.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with Maryland state regulations and organizational policies.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through case consultations, supervision, and workshops.

Your focus will be on a diverse patient population experiencing a wide range of mental health conditions. This may include adolescents and adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and more complex psychological disorders. • Current and active Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) license in the state of Maryland is required.

• A master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient mental health setting is preferred.

• Proficient in therapeutic techniques, crisis intervention, and case management strategies.

• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations, ethical guidelines, and Maryland’s mental health laws.

• Exceptional communication, both verbal and written, along with strong problem-solving skills.

Experience utilizing telehealth platforms for therapy is highly desirable. Applicants with backgrounds in specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care will find their skills particularly valuable in our clinic.

In recognition of your skills and commitment, we offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000, complemented by a robust benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision coverage.
