Are you passionate about technology and love working with kids? At Code Ninjas Frederick, located in Frederick, MD, we’re on a mission to inspire the next generation of coders and creators. If you’re looking for a rewarding and dynamic role where you can make a difference, we’d love for you to join our team as a Kids STEM and Coding Assistant!

What You’ll Do:

As a Kids STEM and Coding Assistant, you’ll play a key role in creating an engaging and supportive environment for our students. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Training: Learn and master our curriculum to guide students effectively.
  • Student Engagement: Work with children (ages 5-14) to assess their skill levels and help them grow.
  • Parent Communication: Provide quick and thoughtful feedback to parents after sessions.
  • Maintain Standards: Follow opening/closing procedures and ensure the dojo is clean and meets corporate standards.
  • Collaboration: Report weekly to the Center Director on student progress and daily to the Center Manager about activities and productivity.
What We’re Looking For:

We’re searching for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with kids. While some coding experience is preferred, it’s not required—we’ll provide curriculum training! Here are the qualities and qualifications we’re looking for:

  • Experience working with children (ages 5-14) in teaching, mentoring, or childcare roles.
