Indiana LCSW Telehealth Clinician | Remote Mental Health Therapy

Job Summary

Clients seeking therapy often need more than a quick conversation. They need a licensed clinician who can listen closely, assess what is happening, and provide clear clinical support over time.

In this role, you will work as a remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving clients in Indiana. Your day-to-day work will include virtual therapy sessions, clinical assessments, treatment planning, progress tracking, and documentation. You will help clients address mental health concerns that may be affecting their relationships, work, routines, and overall well-being.

What This Position Looks Like

You will spend most of your time providing direct therapy through telehealth. Sessions are completed online through a secure platform, and documentation is completed in the electronic health record. The role is full-time and structured for clinicians who want consistent remote clinical work.

Responsibilities

In this position, you will:

  • Meet with clients virtually for therapy sessions
  • Assess symptoms, personal history, strengths, barriers, and treatment needs
  • Create care plans that reflect each client's goals and clinical presentation
  • Provide therapy for mood concerns, anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, grief, stress, and adjustment challenges
  • Help clients build coping skills, improve communication, and manage daily stressors
  • Review progress and revise goals as treatment continues
  • Document sessions accurately and within required timelines
  • Follow HIPAA guidelines and Indiana clinical practice standards
  • Use sound judgment when addressing risk, crisis concerns, or referrals for added support

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
  • Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker license in Indiana
  • Experience providing therapy, counseling, or clinical social work services
