As a remote mental health therapist, you will engage with clients primarily through teletherapy, meeting them in their comfort zones while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality. • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ psychological needs and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their mental health goals.
• Deliver one-on-one therapy, group sessions, and family therapy using a variety of evidence-based interventions tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention for clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring they receive support and access to necessary resources promptly.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions, treatment progress, and clinical assessments in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals—including psychiatrists, social workers, and other clinicians—to provide holistic care.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, treatment processes, and available community resources while advocating for their rights and mental health needs.
• Engage in continual professional development and stay informed on the latest research and best practices in mental health therapy.

Your role will involve working with a broad spectrum of clients ranging from adolescents to adults, who may present with various mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. By fostering trusting therapeutic relationships, you will help clients navigate their unique emotional landscapes and work towards enhanced mental health outcomes.

• Must have current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW) in the state of Illinois.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Strong abilities in clinical assessment, diagnosis formulation, and treatment planning.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience is mandatory.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective client interaction and collaboration.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a cohesive team environment.
• A strong commitment to ethical standards and professional integrity in all interactions.

• Previous experience in an outpatient clinical setting is preferred, although not required for entry-level applicants.
• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms for counseling sessions will be advantageous.
• Familiarity with treatment modalities such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR is beneficial.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, alongside a generous sign-on bonus.
