• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients, identifying mental health needs, social determinants, and establishing treatment goals tailored to individual circumstances.
• Provide one-on-one and family counseling sessions to address a wide range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal conflicts.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions that foster support networks and deliver psychoeducation on topics such as coping strategies and stress management.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based methodologies, setting measurable objectives to monitor progress and outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention services requiring immediate risk assessments, safety planning, and coordination with emergency service providers.
• Advocate for clients, ensuring their rights and access to vital resources and services in the community healthcare system.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, encompassing assessments, treatment plans, and documentation of client progress.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

• Competitive annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 95,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
