• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to thoroughly evaluate patients' mental health status, identifying their strengths, needs, and potential challenges.
• Utilize evidence-based therapy modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to provide effective interventions tailored to individual client needs.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and nurses, to ensure holistic and coordinated care for each patient.
• Educate patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and medication management, empowering them to make informed choices.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions in a supportive online environment, utilizing strategies that engage clients and foster open dialogue.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in partnership with clients and the multidisciplinary treatment team, incorporating patient goals and preferences into care strategies.
• Advocate for patients within the complex mental health system, assisting them in navigating available resources and ensuring their rights and needs are respected.
• Facilitate therapeutic groups, psychoeducation sessions, and discharge planning meetings to support patients throughout their recovery journey.

The patients you will serve encompass a wide range of demographics and mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and those facing situational stress. Your role involves working closely with patients of various ages, from children to adults, ensuring that treatment interventions are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual or family unit. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
