A Remote Rfp Analyst can potentially earn $2,000 a week by handling multiple high-value proposals, working efficiently, and possibly working overtime or on multiple projects. Consistent performance and experience are key to reaching higher weekly income levels in this role.

What is a Remote RFP Analyst?

A Remote RFP Analyst is a professional who works from a remote location to manage and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) issued by potential clients or partners. Their main role is to analyze the requirements outlined in RFP documents, coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information, and prepare comprehensive proposals that address the client's needs. They play a crucial role in helping organizations secure new business opportunities by ensuring that proposals are accurate, competitive, and submitted on time. Being remote, they leverage digital tools for communication, document management, and workflow collaboration.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Remote RFP Analyst, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Remote RFP Analyst, you need strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience with proposal writing, often complemented by a degree in business, communications, or a related field. Familiarity with RFP management software (such as Loopio or RFPIO), CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite is typically required. Excellent written communication, time management, and the ability to collaborate virtually are standout soft skills in this role. These abilities ensure timely, high-quality proposal submissions that align with client requirements and drive business growth in a remote setting.

How can I make $100,000 a year working from home?

A Remote Rfp Analyst can potentially earn $100,000 annually by gaining specialized skills in proposal management, certifications like PMP or CSCP, and experience in high-demand industries. Building a strong reputation, working for established organizations, and handling complex, high-value proposals can also increase earning potential in this role.

What are some common challenges faced by Remote RFP Analysts, and how can they be managed effectively?

Remote RFP Analysts often encounter challenges such as coordinating across different time zones, managing tight deadlines, and ensuring clear communication with internal stakeholders. To manage these effectively, it’s important to leverage collaboration tools, establish regular check-ins, and maintain organized documentation. Building strong virtual relationships with sales, legal, and technical teams also helps streamline the RFP process and minimize miscommunication.

What jobs make $3,000 a day?

Remote RFP Analysts typically do not earn $3,000 a day; such high daily rates are usually associated with highly specialized or senior roles like management consultants, investment bankers, or freelance experts in fields such as law or finance. These positions often require extensive experience, certifications, and a strong client base. Most standard roles, including remote RFP Analysts, have lower daily earnings based on salary or project-based fees.

What does an RFP analyst do?

An RFP analyst reviews and evaluates Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from potential clients, helping organizations prepare competitive and compliant responses. They analyze requirements, gather necessary information, and coordinate with teams to ensure timely submission, often using tools like proposal management software. Strong communication, attention to detail, and understanding of procurement processes are essential skills for this role.

Job description

Do you thrive in client-facing roles, building scalable solutions and driving long-term growth? Are you motivated by the challenge of aligning finance with long-term business vision?
Come Join ReSource Pro!
Your Role...
ReSource Pro is seeking a Principal Revenue Solutions Architect to uncover, interpret, and translate complex client needs into highly configured solutions across our full business ecosystem - spanning Business Process Management, Technology, Consulting, Analytics, and AI/Agentic Operations. This role sits at the center of how ReSource Pro designs and prices its most important deals, working across carrier, MGA, and broker segments. Solution Architects are deployed from a shared pool by deal complexity rather than vertical alignment -going where the work is hardest.
We hire the best because we believe great people create exceptional experiences. That's why we hire individuals who not only bring talent and passion, but who thrive in our unique culture and live out our Core Values: Commitment to Community, Teamwork, Passion for Excellence, Service-Centric, and Best Self.
All remote positions are based in the United States, and candidates must reside within the U.S. to be eligible for consideration.
In This Role, You Will...
  • Lead solution design conversations directly with clients and prospects, owning the solution narrative in sales meetings.
  • Blueprint detailed solutions encompassing data, analytics, automation, agentic workflows, and process transformation across BPM, Consulting, Audit, Compliance, Tech Services, and AI/Agentic capabilities.
  • Conduct detailed needs assessments and lead consultative client discussions across carrier, MGA, and broker segments.
  • Collaborate with OpEx and Finance to model and price deals, directly owning the solution assumptions that feed the pricing model.
  • Participate in the pricing approval gate before terms are issued to flag over-commitment or margin risk early.
  • Work directly with the AI Factory and AI Strategists to translate emerging AI capabilities into deployable, client-ready solution designs.
  • Document repeatable solution patterns and contribute to packaged offering development for each practice vertical.
  • Train Commercial Leaders and Client Executives on solution design fundamentals and new offering capabilities.
  • Participate in New Business Meetings to provide early-stage solution input before deals are formally shaped.
  • Standardize and streamline assessment and proposal workflows across the GTM team.

What You Need to be Successful...
  • Bachelor's degree required; any field.
  • 10+ years in solution design, pre-sales consulting, or operations advisory in insurance or BPO.
  • Demonstrated experience designing multi-tower solutions in an insurance context (carrier, MGA, or broker).
  • Familiarity with AI, automation, and agentic workflow concepts in insurance operations.
  • Prior experience supporting RFP/RFI responses and proposal development.
  • Deep P&C insurance operations knowledge across carriers, MGAs, and brokers.
  • Insurance designations (CIC, CPCU, AINS) preferred; technical or consulting certifications a plus.
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% domestically for client-site work.

Your Compensation...
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote, client-facing position, and the salary range for this role is $124,049- $210,195 annually. The salary range may vary based on experience and on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
Your Benefits & Perks...
  • 100% paid employee health insurance available on Day 1
  • Eligible for all medical, dental, and vision benefits on Day 1
  • Remote positions are Internet stipend-eligible
  • 401k with employer match, vested on Day 1
  • HSA/FSA available
  • Long Term and short-term disability employer-provided
  • Generous PTO plan with paid holidays + floating holidays
  • Development and growth opportunities
  • Comprehensive wellness program and prioritization of employee health

Your Interview Process...
To be considered for this position, please submit your application. If you meet the qualifications for the role, a member of our Talent Acquisition team will be in touch to schedule an interview via zoom. The standard interview process includes:
  • Behavioral interview with Talent Acquisition
  • Online talent assessment
  • Hiring Manager interview

Disclosure: Candidates are evaluated at each step of the process. As a result, not every candidate will complete all steps in the process.
