Job description

JOB SUMMARY:
The Revenue Systems Enablement Manager supports the strategy, development, and delivery of revenue management technologies that help hotels optimize pricing and improve profitability. This role contributes to the RM Tech product roadmap and drives execution of system enhancements, rollouts, and training for franchise-facing tools, while partnering with cross-functional teams, vendors, and franchisees. The position also owns key operational responsibilities, including system implementation support, performance monitoring, and adoption tracking. This role exists to ensure revenue management systems are effectively deployed, utilized, and continuously improved to deliver measurable business value and support data-driven pricing decisions.
Note: This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead implementation and rollout activities for new systems and features: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to launch system enhancements, including onboarding new properties and introducing new platforms.
  • Drive adoption through training and communication: Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to ensure users understand and effectively use the tools, improving overall system utilization.
  • Provide operational support and issue resolution: Monitor system usage, identify issues, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them quickly, minimizing disruption to users.
  • Track performance and system health metrics: Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate system effectiveness and provide insights that support continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver results: Partner with technology, operations, and external vendors to align priorities, track progress, and ensure successful execution of initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Employment Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in Revenue Management and Hospitality
  • Experience with franchising businesses and/or hotel Management Company across multiple brands a strong plus.

Technical Skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of pricing and Revenue Management systems, Revenue Management principles and philosophies, industry standard metrics and practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Knowledge of hotel technology systems including RMS, PMS, CRS and channel connectivity.
  • Experience with IDeaS RMS platforms preferred
  • Product Management Skills including organization, planning, scheduling, tracking and reporting.
  • Proficiency in SQL and tableau
  • Proficient in the use of all Microsoft office applications with high degree of demonstrated proficiency in Excel.

Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, hospitality management, computer science or a related field.

Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $99,919 - $117,552. In addition to the annual salary, this role is eligible for an annual bonus based on the terms of Choice's Management Incentive Plan (MIP).
