How you will impact the organization...

The Strategy & Operations team at Consensus is the high-impact team that drives global Sales Strategy, Analytics, Sales Planning, Learning & Development, and Sales Operations for all revenue driving teams.
Within S&O, this individual will focus directly on Revenue & Sales Analytics, and will drive high-impact analysis to (1) assess the trajectory of the business, and (2) identify revenue opportunities and provide actionable recommendations, and (3) build reporting solutions for Executive Leadership.


Think of this role as part Revenue Analyst and part Project Manager. You'll need project planning skills to manage your analytics projects from start to finish, in unstructured environments.

The value you will deliver...

  • Scope out analytical projects that could lead to revenue acceleration or risk mitigation.
  • Manage end-to-end data analysis tasks, including data extraction, cleaning, analysis and interpretation.
  • Conduct regular competitive evaluations, identifying recent market developments and opportunities.
  • Frequently present findings to senior audiences including our CEO, CRO, and SVPs.
  • Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights to relevant business stakeholders.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports for Senior leaders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with data analysis.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested. Consensus reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.

What you will bring to the table...

  • 2+ years of experience in SAAS environments
  • 2+ years experience in Strategy & Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Analytics, Data Analytics, or Consulting.
  • 2+ years of working with Sales and Revenue data, including data extraction, analysis, and forecasting.
  • 2+ years of experience in partnering with and delivering projects to Sales organizations specifically.
  • 2+ years of experience crafting strong presentations & effectively communicating findings to senior level audiences (VP level and above). 
  • 2+ years of experience and Advanced Knowledge of Salesforce - creating reports, and extracting data
  • 2+ years of experience and Advanced Knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets, demonstrating ability to build complex models.
  • 2+ years of experience working with visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker, Power BI) creating dashboards for audiences.
  • 2+ years of experience working with SQL and familiarity with database management 
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Economics, Statistics, Math, Computer Science OR other relevant fields preferred.

  • Project management certifications; scoping projects and creating detailed plans, with milestones, and then executing are a key part of the role.

The salary range for this role is $118,000-$130,000.  The total compensation package for this position is negotiable and may also include annual performance bonus, ESPP, enhanced time off packages and benefits. This job doesn't have an expiration date and will remain open until a qualified candidate is hired.
