Job description

Title: Account Director, Revenue Lifecycle ManagementReports to: SVP, DeliveryLocation: RemoteRole Description

As an Account Director of Revenue Lifecycle Management, you are a key member of Neocol's leadership team and a commercial and delivery owner for a growing portfolio of subscription-economy clients. You own the health, growth, and satisfaction of your accounts end to end-from identifying expansion opportunities and shaping new statements of work to serving as a senior billable resource on the engagements themselves.

In this role you operate as both a trusted client advisor and a hands-on Engagement Manager, carrying a billable quota while helping direct the practice in partnership with other leaders. You bring deep expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud delivery, consultative account growth, and executive stakeholder management, and you thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment where you can turn complex client goals into repeatable, profitable outcomes.

This role reports to the SVP of Delivery and is critical to the success of Neocol's consulting practice. Travel is primarily client-facing and may range from 10-25%.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and grow an assigned portfolio of Neocol accounts against annual revenue and margin targets, identifying organic growth opportunities across the subscription
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders by deeply understanding their revenue model, ecosystem, and business goals, and serve as their trusted advisor for questions, challenges, and
  • Lead the creation of proposals and statements of work (SOWs); partner with Sales on pre-sales activities, including scope reviews, capability presentations, and pitch deck preparation.
  • Serve as a senior billable resource on strategic Revenue Cloud engagements, maintaining a billable quota while ensuring delivery quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Own account planning, forecasting, and client KPIs (CSAT), with clear visibility into delivery risk, margin, and capacity across your portfolio.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align staffing, and delivery outcomes.
  • Capture feedback and best practices from engagements to refine and scale Neocol's repeatable playbooks and service offerings.
  • Serve as a public face for Neocol, contributing to marketing activities such as thought leadership, digital and in-person events, and customer success
  • Act as a role model for Neocol's culture and values and serve as a member of the leadership team.
Qualification Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in client services, consulting, or professional services, including direct account ownership and delivery
  • Proven track record growing client accounts and managing portfolio revenue and margin in a consultative model.
  • Experience leading enterprise Salesforce engagements, including consultative scoping and SOW development.
  • Strong background in project governance, delivery methodology (Agile, hybrid, waterfall), risk mitigation, and change management.
  • Excellent executive presence, with the proven ability to communicate clearly and credibly with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Proficient in delivery tools such as Salesforce, JIRA, Smartsheet, Slack, and Google
  • Prior experience managing or mentoring staff in a project or professional services
Key Competencies
  • Familiarity with post-PE operating environments, including margin accountability and delivery efficiency metrics.
  • Deep domain knowledge of the subscription economy, recurring-revenue models, and RevOps. Experience working with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, including Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA), CPQ, and other Salesforce Clouds.
  • Comfort operating in a global, remote-first company.
