Client Command has an exciting opportunity forDirector of Sales.TheDirector of Salesis responsible fordriving revenue execution, developing Account Executives, and building a high-performance salesteamacrossnewDirect, Affiliate, and Ad Agency sales channels. This role owns day-to-day sales execution, pipeline health, coaching, and performance management while partnering closelywith theDirectorDealer Services, Product & Operationsleadership,and reports to the Chief Revenue Officer.


This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in accountability-driven environments and can translate strategy into consistent results.

Responsibilities:

  • Own team quota attainment, pipelinecoverageand development, and forecast accuracy.
  • Lead weekly pipeline, deal strategy, and forecast reviews; enforce qualification, stageintegrity, and close discipline.Lead by example in the enhanced Client Command selling process.
  • Maintain and grow an individual pipeline and book of business by actively prospecting, developing client relationships, and closing new revenue opportunities while leading and supporting the broader revenue team.
  • Drive urgency, accountability, and KPI-based performance management across the sales team.
  • Coach and develop Account Executives through regular 1:1s, reducing ramp time and improving attainment consistency.
  • Oversee execution acrossnewDirect, Affiliate, andothersales channels, ensuring proper engagement, deal quality, margin, and co-selling practices.
  • Build andmaintainscalablesalesplaybooks, onboarding, and training programs.
  • Partner with sales leadership on territory design, hiring, and scaling the sales organization.
  • Establish and reinforce a culture of ownership, transparency, and high performance; celebrate wins and address underperformance quickly.

Requirements:

  • 58+ years in B2B sales with3+ years in sales leadership
  • Proven experience coaching AEs to quotawhileleveraginga repeatable professional sells process
  • Strong deal strategy and negotiation skills
  • Experience managing multi-channel sales motions
  • Data-driven, direct, and highly accountable
  • Comfortableleadingand training inevolving productenvironments
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of a month
  • Experience in the automotive orautomotive vendorsector.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
