You'll work directly with executive leadership to develop and execute growth strategies that unlock new revenue opportunities, strengthen our market position, and accelerate profitable growth.

Job Summary

This executive will build and lead Bradshaw Home's Strategic Growth & Business Development function. The successful candidate will identify new revenue opportunities, develop executive customer relationships, establish strategic partnerships, expand into new channels and categories, and create the commercial strategies that drive long-term growth. This individual will work closely with executive leadership to influence corporate strategy while building a high-performing commercial organization capable of delivering sustainable growth.

What You'll Own

Club Channel Ownership

  • Own the strategy, customer relationships, and profitable growth of Bradshaw Home's Club business.
  • Develop multi-year growth plans with key customers, driving distribution, innovation, and long-term partnerships.
  • Build executive-level relationships and lead complex commercial negotiations.

New Business Development & Growth Strategy

  • Identify, evaluate, and develop new channels, customers, and strategic partnerships that accelerate long-term growth.
  • Create the company's commercial growth roadmap and build a robust pipeline of future opportunities.
  • Influence executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align around and execute strategic growth initiatives.

Commercial Leadership

  • Lead and develop the Home Center, Off-Price, and Specialty sales organization, ensuring strong execution and profitable growth across each channel.
  • Partner with Product Development, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to bring growth initiatives to market.
  • Drive accountability for revenue, profitability, and execution across the portfolio.

Team Development

  • Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing commercial talent.
  • Build a culture of accountability, strategic thinking, and execution.

Pay and Benefits:
US$200,000.00 - US$220,000.00 Annually
Final compensation offered will be determined based on a number of job-related factors, including the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications. Employees in this role are eligible to participate in the company's benefits program, which includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company matching, accrued vacation, floating holidays, and designated company holidays.
