Job DetailsPosition Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 SalaryTravel Percentage: NoneJob Summary    The Revenue Operations Analyst owns the systems, reporting, and financial analysis that connect sales pipeline to recognized revenue across the full revenue lifecycle. This role keeps the commercial engine running day-to-day, from new business pipeline through renewals and expansion, and partners with Sales and Marketing to surface the trends that grow revenue and protect retention. The analyst executes within frameworks established by commercial leadership while proactively identifying opportunities to evaluate tools, automation, and reporting design.  This is a foundational hire, initially focused on building new business pipeline and revenue recognition, with the opportunity to expand into broader post-sale analytics, including renewals, expansion, and net revenue retention over time. Success is measured first by reliable operational delivery, and second by the quality and initiative of self-directed improvements.  Schedule: To be determined by department; additional hours may be required as needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities  \t \tOwns recurring reporting across leads, opportunities, pipeline, renewals, and revenue recognition, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.  \t \t \tMaintains financial models including commission calculations, forecast inputs, and bookings-to-revenue bridges without compromising the integrity of existing logic.  \t \t \tSupports the weekly pipeline forecast process, including data preparation, deal movement tracking, and conversion of pipeline changes into revenue impact.  \t \t \tOwns Salesforce data hygiene, including field maintenance, dashboard upkeep, data quality monitoring, and basic automation (formula fields).  \t \t \tBuilds reporting and dashboards for Sales and Marketing, and analyzes trends to identify opportunities to grow revenue and improve retention.  \t \t \tDevelops post-sale analytics over time, including renewal, expansion, and net revenue retention reporting in partnership with the Strategic Accounts team.  \t \t \tResearches, evaluates, and recommends tools and vendors, and manages implementation, rollout, and end-user enablement.  \t \t \tDocuments processes and maintains standard operating procedures so commercial workflows are repeatable and not dependent on any single person.  \t \t \tSupports sales operations mechanics including territory and quota maintenance, deal desk support, and commission plan execution.  \t \t \tIdentifies and prototypes automation and AI-driven improvements to reduce manual effort across the commercial organization.  \t \t \tPerforms additional duties and assume additional responsibilities as identified by manager for the efficient operation of WorkCare.  \t QualificationsEducation and Experience  \t \tBachelor\'s degree in business, finance, analytics, or related field.  \t \t \t2-4 years’ experience in revenue operations, sales operations, data analytics, financial analytics, or commercial analytics.  \t Skills and Competencies (Required)  \t \tDemonstrated reliability owning recurring reporting and operational deliverables, with strong attention to accuracy and deadlines.  \t \t \tAdvanced Excel skills, including the ability to maintain complex models without breaking existing logic.  \t \t \tHands-on Salesforce experience, including report and dashboard building, data quality management, and comfort with administrative tasks.  \t \t \tStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable findings.  \t \t \tAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and Finance stakeholders.  \t \t \tSound judgment in handling confidential financial and commercial data.  \t \t \tStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings to a variety of audiences.  \t Skills and Competencies (Preferred)  \t \tExperience building reporting in a BI tool such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, beyond native CRM reporting.  \t \t \tExperience running at least one tool or vendor selection from evaluation through rollout.  \t \t \tA track record of building something useful that was not assigned, such as a dashboard, automation, or model created to close a gap the analyst noticed independently.  \t \t \tFamiliarity with AI and automation tooling, ideally demonstrated through self-directed projects rather than coursework alone.  \t \t \tExposure to revenue recognition concepts or finance systems (for example Sage Intacct or similar).  \t \t \tExposure to post-sale metrics such as renewal rates, expansion, and net revenue retention.  \t \t \tExperience with automation platforms (for example Power Automate) or scripting (for example Python).  \t Computer Skills  \t \tProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint.  \t \t \tCRM experience required; Salesforce strongly preferred.  \t \t \tBI tooling (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) preferred.  \t \t \tAbility to learn new software and platforms quickly as the commercial tech stack evolves.  \t Physical Demands  \t \tRequires sitting for long periods of time, working at a desk.   \t \t \tSome bending and stretching could be required.   \t \t \tWorking under stress and use of computer/phone required.   \t \t \tManual dexterity required for use of computer keyboard and mouse.   \t \t \tOccasionally may be required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel and/or crouch.   \t \t \tMay occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.   \t Work Environment   \t \tWork Environment must be free from background noise and distraction.   \t \t \tAt home set up must meet all Company IT, privacy, and safety requirements.   \t   This position has a salary range of $75,000-$80,000.
