Position Overview

Are you a passionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) looking to make a significant impact in the lives of individuals grappling with addiction and mental health challenges? Retreat Behavioral Counseling Center is actively seeking a full-time LCSW to join our dynamic team. This fully remote position offers you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while making a difference in a thriving detox center environment.

About the Organization

Retreat Behavioral Counseling Center is a respected provider of addiction and mental health treatment, focusing on recovery through evidence-based practices and compassionate care. Our commitment to helping individuals reclaim their lives drives our mission. We understand the urgency of staffing needs in facilities that are growing rapidly or facing staffing shortages, and we value the expertise of our clinical professionals in meeting these challenges.

Work Environment

This role is primarily remote, providing you with the flexibility to design a work-life balance that suits your needs. You will collaborate with a diverse team of clinicians and support staff, engaging through virtual platforms. The supportive work culture fosters an atmosphere of continuous learning and professional growth, allowing you to excel in your clinical practice. Additionally, regular virtual meetings and team-building activities will keep you connected with colleagues, reinforcing a cohesive team dynamic.

Key Responsibilities

In your role as an LCSW, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to devise tailored treatment plans that address immediate and long-term mental health needs of clients in crisis.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop pre-crisis and post-crisis intervention plans, ensuring continuity of care.
  • Use evidence-based screening tools to identify the specific needs of clients, integrating findings into treatment plans.
  • Document client interactions and treatment progression with precision to meet all regulatory standards and ensure quality care delivery.
  • Actively engage in the accreditation processes, contributing to the center's continuous improvement efforts and adherence to best practices.
  • Serve as a liaison with state agencies, community resources, and other organizations to facilitate client access to essential services and supports.
  • Enhance your expertise through participation in professional development activities, such as attending conferences and workshops, foster personal growth, and stay abreast of industry trends.
  • Embody and promote the organization's mission, values, and principles through your practice, thereby reinforcing our commitment to compassionate care.
  • Assist with additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director, adapting to the evolving needs of the program.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your focus will be on individuals at our detox center who are facing severe mental health issues, addiction, and other co-occurring disorders. Many of these clients may have experienced trauma or significant life challenges. As a clinician, you will play a critical role in their journey to recovery, providing empathetic support and guidance as they navigate their personal struggles.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

  • A Masterโ€™s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
  • A current state license in good standing, allowing for practice in Arizona.
  • A minimum of two years of supervised clinical experience, preferably in mental health or addiction settings.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience in detox or substance use disorder treatment settings will be beneficial. Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and a strong understanding of behavioral health systems will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, our employees enjoy a competitive benefits package that includes:

  • Monthly productivity bonuses that reward your contributions.
  • Ongoing professional development and supervision to foster your career growth.
  • A supportive team environment that encourages collaboration.
  • Flexible scheduling options to help you maintain a healthy work-life balance.
  • Generous paid time off (PTO) and sick leave.
  • A 403B retirement plan with a 3% employer match to build your financial future.
  • Unique benefits for first-time homebuyers.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance to support your well-being.
  • Dependent care accounts to assist with family-related expenses.
  • A hiring bonus as an added incentive to join our team.
