Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between Rethink Mental Healthcare and the broader mental health community, fostering partnerships that enhance service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials that improve counseling practices and therapeutic programs.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The role focuses on working with a varied demographic, including adults and youth, who may be experiencing a range of mental health challenges. From anxiety and depression to trauma and substance use, our counselors employ a variety of therapeutic modalities to address complex mental health issues effectively. Each counselor plays a crucial role in fostering resilience and empowerment among clients, contributing to improved overall well-being.

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
  • Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

  • Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health care.
