Job description

d’Arcambal Quesada Malyk Peters & Creed, LLP (d’QM), a well-established regional litigation firm, has an opening in our Parsippany, NJ office. We are seeking an associate with 5+ years litigation experience to join our personal injury defense litigation team.

The position involves a high degree of responsibility and direct contact with clients’ in-house Legal teams, while also fostering a collaborative, team-oriented work environment where training and mentoring is key with the potential for long-term growth opportunities. Tort defense litigation experience is preferred and some trial experience is a plus. Candidates must have excellent writing and communication skills and be a member in good standing of the New Jersey Bar.

This is a fully remote position though candidates must be able to attend court appearances, depositions, mediations and other litigation events throughout northern and central NJ. We offer health benefits, dental plan, life and disability insurance, 401(k) with employer contribution, performance-based bonuses and reimbursement for continuing learning education. We also prioritize work-life balance. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced defense attorney who wants to be challenged without the demands of a large law firm.
