Job description

Open requisition within ADP to collect and store resumes of those interested in working at Widelity.

Consultant responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Review financial documents and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance, for program review and approval
  • Assist clients with program applications and modification of data throughout the program
  • Project manage processes for clients throughout projects
  • Organize and cross-reference large amounts of data across multiple inputs to determine compliance
  • Communicate status updates and compliance deficiencies
  • Collaborate with team members to complete cover letters and modification requests.

Consultant Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficient in MS365
  • Excellent communication skills (writing, grammar, tact)
  • Large scale data management skills
  • Critical thinking skills: ability to assess situations as they currently exist, consider them within the broader context, and anticipate how they may impact future scenarios
  • Ability to follow currently established processes while providing input for improvement
  • Familiar with intermediate financial terminology, such as PO, quote, proposal, invoice payment terms, sales tax calculations, proportional billing, & vendor discounts
  • Willingness to learn basic engineering terminology to gain an understanding of the government programs
  • Ability to gather and cross reference multiple documents from various locations to compose cover letters and formulate complex explanatory spreadsheets to resolve complicated financial practices within compliance regulations
  • Highly dependable, self-motivated, and determined, with strong grit. Consistently sees tasks through to completion with integrity and minimal supervision, while maintaining a growth mindset
  • Ability to interact with team members and clients with a high level of professionalism

Consultant position requirements:

  • Unwavering commitment to asset protection and cybersecurity
  • Ability to work 40 hours minimum per week; 80% of work time should be M-F and occur between 6am and 7pm EST
  • Must have access to reliable, high-speed internet to handle extensive video conferencing
  • Must have the ability to self-motivate in a completely remote work environment
