Position Overview

Join our dedicated team at Resilience Psychiatry Solutions as a Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist. In this vital role, you will deliver high-quality mental health services, addressing the complex biopsychosocial needs of our patients through case management and therapeutic counseling.

Work Environment

The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from home while still having the opportunity to connect with a supportive team. The outpatient office setting promotes flexibility and innovation in mental health treatment, ensuring that our therapists can effectively engage with patients in a comfortable environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' psychosocial needs to identify appropriate treatment and referral strategies. This includes short-term counseling and crisis intervention tailored to individual situations.
  • Guide patients in accessing benefits, including completing necessary forms for entitlements and supplemental insurance to reduce reliance on emergency assistance programs.
  • Assist patients in obtaining prescription cost assistance through community resources and pharmaceutical company programs, ensuring they can afford necessary medications.
  • Advocate for patients in interactions with community agencies, ensuring they receive the support and resources they need.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, preparing reports that comply with clinical standards and foster continuity of care.
  • Coordinate any required transportation assistance for patients, ensuring they have access to necessary services.
  • Participate in clinical team meetings and case conferences to collaboratively enhance treatment planning and delivery.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with diverse populations facing various mental health challenges. Our focus is on providing culturally competent care tailored to individuals' unique backgrounds and circumstances, with the aim of fostering resilience and personal growth.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling is required.
  • Possession of an active and independent license such as LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist).
  • At least two (2) years of professional experience in a mental health counseling capacity, demonstrating your ability to connect with and provide services to clients effectively.
Preferred Experience

Experience in case management, crisis intervention, and familiarity with community resources specific to mental health support are highly valued. Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems is also beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, along with a flexible work schedule to promote work-life balance.
