Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Performing clinical services and creating tailored, person-centered treatment plans that address the unique needs of each individual.
• Conducting thorough assessments to continuously evaluate the evolving treatment needs of clients.
• Assisting clients in the development and monitoring of individual service plans, ensuring they align with their recovery goals.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current state license in good standing, such as:

  • Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)
• The ability to practice independently without supervision.
• No disciplinary actions against your license.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor.
• Proficiency in computer operations and a reliable internet connection to conduct remote sessions effectively.
