Work Environment

This remote position allows you to work from anywhere, giving you the flexibility to set your own schedule. Utilizing our comprehensive telehealth platform, you will engage with clients through video chats and messaging, allowing for a seamless therapeutic experience. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individualized counseling sessions via video to address clients' mental health needs and promote their well-being.
• Facilitate open dialogue, encouraging clients to share their emotions and experiences to cultivate self-awareness and enhance their understanding of personal relationships.
• Act as an advocate for clients, helping them define and achieve their personal and therapeutic goals.
• Assess clients’ mental health conditions and develop tailored treatment plans informed by best practices and your clinical expertise.
• Maintain comprehensive electronic records of sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes following all HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with fellow counselors and share insights to foster a supportive team environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele consists of stable adults with low acuity needs, ensuring that you work within your areas of expertise and comfort. Each client is carefully screened prior to being assigned to you, promoting a safe and productive therapeutic relationship. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Fully licensed by the state board in Nevada with credentials including:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  *Please note that provisional licenses or any disciplinary actions on your record will disqualify your application.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills paired with a sympathetic demeanor to connect effectively with clients.
• Proficient in utilizing technology for teletherapy sessions.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in a remote counseling environment or those with specialized training in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or other evidence-based modalities will have a competitive advantage. Experience in handling a diverse clientele or specific populations, such as LGBTQ+ or underserved communities, is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, you will receive a sign-on bonus and have access to unlimited administrative support, allowing you to focus on what you do best—helping clients. Other benefits include minimal paperwork requirements, which means you spend less time on administrative tasks and more on client care.
