 Role Overview
We are seeking a data-driven Associate Product Manager to join a collaborative, mission-driven healthcare technology team. In this remote role, you will partner closely with Senior Product Managers to enhance a cutting-edge suite of software applications, moving features from concept to launch. This is an ideal opportunity for an analytical professional who loves solving complex workflow puzzles, utilizing modern technology, and working closely with cross-functional teams to improve clinical outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Backlog & Stories: Partner with Business Analysts to pre-groom the product backlog and write well-defined, detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

  • Discovery Assistance: Support requirements gathering sessions, market research, and competitive analysis to define actionable product requirements.

  • Design Collaboration: Collaborate iteratively with UX/UI design teams to refine wireframes, prototypes, and user experience flows.

  • Testing & Validation: Facilitate and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, coordinating directly with stakeholders to validate delivered features.

  • Workflow Innovation: Leverage modern AI tools and automation technologies to streamline internal product documentation, release notes, and analysis processes.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or a related role within a software development environment.

  • Frameworks: Proven familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies and the end-to-end product lifecycle.

  • Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, acute attention to detail, and a metrics-driven decision-making mindset

  • Domain Expertise: Background in healthcare technology or clinical software systems.
