Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • A valid LCSW license in the state of Texas.
  • Proven knowledge of solution-based psychotherapy interventions and a strong foundation in clinical assessment.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to connect with students, families, and educational professionals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to handle sensitive situations with empathy and integrity.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience working in a school-based mental health setting.
  • Familiarity with educational processes and IEP (Individualized Education Program) requirements.
  • Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and patient management.
