Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and develop personalized treatment plans that align with best practices and the latest mental health research.
• Implement evidence-based interventions, utilizing solution-focused and trauma-informed therapy techniques to promote client well-being and resilience.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records, ensuring compliance with all confidentiality regulations and best practices for record-keeping within the organization.
• Collaborate proactively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including other mental health professionals, to deliver holistic care and support comprehensive treatment goals.
• Educate and empower clients and their families, providing them with the tools necessary for understanding and managing mental health challenges effectively.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, remaining current with advancements in mental health research, treatment methodologies, and ethical practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role focuses on assisting individuals who are often in vulnerable positions—struggling with addiction, trauma, and mental health disorders. You will work closely with clients seeking detoxification support and mental health stabilization, employing empathy and expertise to guide them through their recovery journeys.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, awarded by an accredited institution.
• A current and valid LCSW license in the state of Texas.
• At least two years of clinical experience in social work or a comparable role, particularly handling mental health cases.
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing various psychotherapy interventions and approaches tailored to individual client needs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and team members alike.
