This full-time role offers a salary range of USD 115,000 to 120,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.   • Maintain meticulous documentation of clinical activities and interactions in accordance with regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance and facilitate effective continuity of care.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, physicians, and spiritual caregivers, to develop and implement integrated mental health strategies.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health issues and community resources, enabling them to make informed decisions about their care and support options.
  • Stay updated on emerging research and advancements in clinical practices to enhance service delivery and implement innovative approaches in treatment.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily serve clients within the hospice care environment. Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
